• Participants must be 18 years old and must have proof of ownership of the vehicle and proof of insurance
• Participant's vehicle must pass all federal, state and local laws
• Participants must have a valid driver's license
• Participant must have a good driving history and willing to provide a copy of DMV record
• Participants must sign an indemnification form at the time of installation. This will indemnify Drivertise International Inc. and the advertiser if the driver acts in a reckless or unlawful manner
  
• Participants will sign a contract outlining their responsibilities and conduct during the term of an advertisement
• Participants must notify Drivertise International Inc. immediately in the case of accidents, moving violations, vacations or defacement of the advertisement
• Participants must be willing to participate in GPS distance verification when requested
• Participants must provide accurate information on drive application and adhere to stated information as much as is reasonably possible
• Participants will meet a Drivertise International Inc. representative once a month to check the mileage and the advertisement
• Vehicle paint must be in satisfactory condition or driver must sign a waiver at time of installation
• Participants must make every reasonable effort to park vehicle in a highly visible location
• Participants must drive the amount of miles represented on their enrollment form
• Participants must wash their vehicle two times per month
